The social policies in the Valencian Country, has been betting heavily since 2019 with the arrival of the Valencian Youth Strategy (EVJ), an ambitious action plan that aims to move from policies to support the associationism and youth leisure, to comprehensive youth policies. To make this possible, this strategy is based on two fundamental actions: the endowment of financial resources for the hiring of youth professionals throughout the Valencian territory and the conditional promotion of the Youth Plans through this financial aid. It is today, at a time of great events in this field, which proposes an analysis of the identity of youth professionals in the region of La Safor, based on the study and interpretation of existing information and the contributions of 17 people who work in the different youth services in the Safor territory.
