This lecture was carried out within the framework of the researching project PROMETEO II 2014/081 (Valencian Government), “Mediación y arbitraje: globalización o localización?” (Mediation and arbitration: globalisation or localization?). Addressed to Criminology, Law, Politic Science and Psychology students, and to professionals of these areas.

 

This lecture was carried out within the framework of the researching project PROMETEO II 2014/081 (Valencian Government), “Mediación y arbitraje: globalización o localización?” (Mediation and arbitration: globalisation or localization?). It was addressed to Criminology, Law, Politic Science and Psychology students, and to professionals of these areas. Objectives: Analysis of the situation or statu quo of criminal mediation, in the issue of criminal liability both for adults and minors, and considering some complex situations that, despite those possible disadvantages a priori, enable contemplating restorative encounters, especially in the event of gender-based violence and in the case of committing terrorist offences. Pooling and conclusions will be carried out in the evenings and with the participants of the congress-speakers and moderators- as well as the members of the researching team Scientific Committee Prof. Dra.
