La sol·licitud es realitzarà amb una antelació mínima de 72 hores abans de començar l'acte.

 

INFORMACIÓ PER A PERSONAL EXTERN

La resolució en la concessió d'espais i la seua regulació està sotmés al document Protocol per a l'ús d'espais docents de la Universitat de València, Estudi General (CG 1-III-2011).

Pots consultar els preus de lloguer d'espais en el Reglament d'execució pressupostària de la Universitat de València, que en el seu annex 2 (Preu públic per venda de béns i prestació de serveis no acadèmics) reflecteix les tarifes per la cessió temporal de locals. A això han de sumar-se els conceptes corresponents a vigilància i neteja si calgueren.

 
Saló de Graus Conference Room
Located on the ground floor of the Main Building and with a capacity of 66 people, it has the following resources: Tables for speakers with computer connected to the Internet and to the projector lamp of the room. RGB and HDMI additional inputs for laptops, and RCA for video, projection screen. The Conference Room is equipped with an IP camera with audio input and web cam. Public address system: Yes WiFi: Yes
Saló d'Actes Assembly Hall
Located on the basement of the New Bulding. It has a capacity of 158 people and has a table for five speakers. It has a computer connected to the Internet and to the two projector lamps of the Room with additional RGB inputs for laptops, two projection screens. Public address system: Yes WiFi: Yes
Sala de Juntes Boardroom
Located on the ground floor of the Main Building and with a capacity of 48 people. Resources: The main speakers table is equipped with computer connected to the Internet and to the projector lamp of the room. RGB and HDMI additional inputs for laptops, and RCA for video, projection screen. Public address system: Yes WiFi: Yes
