The Office of the Vice-Principal for Lifelong Learning, Teaching Transformation and Employment is organising, through UVjob and the UV General Foundation, the Employment Forum of the Universitat de València which, on 15 February, will take place at the Faculty of Law. An event that joins, as it has been doing since previous editions, the Career Opportunities Day that will be held by the Faculty on 16 February.

This meeting aims to promote the employability of future graduates of the Faculty of Law, connecting students with an interest and concern for the labour market and the employment opportunities it offers (public and private), and those companies and public administrations interested in meeting future professionals.

The round tables and workshops will take place in the Faculty's hall, according to the programme, and the participating companies/entities will attend to the participants here.

More than thirty companies and entities will participate, including Fundació València Activa; LABORA-GVA; the law firms Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia, Broseta Abogados, Deloitte Legal, Garrigues, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados and Uría Menéndez Abogados; the Illustrious Bar Association of València (ICAV); the academy for the preparation of competitive examinations for the State Security Forces and Corps Jurispol Formación; and the Valencian Department of Justice, Interior and Public Administration to report on the competitive examination systems offered by the Valencian Government in 2023.

The Forum is aimed at students in the final years of their Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at the Faculty of Law, who will be able to:

- get an insight into the reality and business culture of the sector, as well as the public sector;

- obtain crucial information for their decision making with regard to their professional insertion

- and directly interact with their future employers.

For their part, the participating entities will be able to:

- meet and make contact with highly qualified profiles,

- position themselves as a company that seeks out and values talent

- and identify themselves as companies committed to the development of our society.
