REHEARSALS:
The activities of the 1st course of the academic year 2022-2023 of the Colla de Dolçaines i Percussió of the UV start on 29th September and finish on 15th December 2022.
In the second term of the year 2022-2023, the activities will start on 23th February and will end on 25th May 2023.
The Colla de Dolçaines i Percussió de la UV performances a weekly rehearsal on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Sanchis Guarner Room of the Faculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication (Av. Blasco Ibáñez, 32; 46010 Valencia), including technical and group classes. The distribution of students for the technical classes will be assigned by the director based on pedagogical and artistic criteria.
OBJECTIVES: study, promotion and dissemination of Valencian traditional music and culture
METHODOLOGY: a weekly session of two hours of group world, plus a one-hour technical session that the director will designate according to the needs of the students and the programmer.
NAME OF STUDENTS:
- Dolçaines: minimum 5/maximum 20
- Percussion: minimum 2/maximum 5
REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS:
- To be a student of the Universitat de València.
- Maximum age: 26 years.
- Musical studies: foreseeable knowledge of performance with dolçaina and/or traditional percussion.
- Proof of level that consists in the interpretation of a piece of a maximum of 10 minutes of duration.
OFFER:
- Academic recognition for students of the Universitat de València (2 ECTS) for attending regularly a minimum of 80% of the activities of the Colla de Dolçaines i Percussió UV during the academic year 2022-2023 (1st and 2nd terms).
