GEFY (Green Entrepreneurship for Youth) is an innovative project framed within the Erasmus+ Key Action Alliance in the Youth Education sector (Project: 2024-2-TR01-YOU-000284675), co‑funded by the European Commission. It is a project led in Turkey, with the participation of Hungarian and German organizations, as well as the University of Valencia. Coordination at our university is promoted by UVsostenibilitat and implemented through UVemprén, bringing together the University of Valencia’s environmental commitment and entrepreneurial spirit.
The mission of GEFY is to contribute to training in sustainable entrepreneurship and to promote the transition toward a more responsible economy, equipping new generations with the tools needed to transform ideas into sustainable realities.
The GEFY project was created to respond to current global challenges, combining two fundamental pillars for the future of professional development: innovation and respect for the planet and humanity. Through this project, we develop training that effectively integrates two essential competence frameworks:

EntreComp (Entrepreneurship): Focused on teaching how to create value, identify opportunities, and innovate in a changing environment.

GreenComp (Sustainability): Designed to ensure that value creation is responsible, ethical, and long‑lasting.
The central objective of GEFY is to empower young people to become not only entrepreneurs, but green entrepreneurs. The aim is to ensure that every new business initiative is born with an integrated ecological awareness, promoting economic growth that does not compromise the planet’s resources. To achieve this, GEFY is working on:

Specialized Training Program: We design specific learning pathways for both young entrepreneurs and mentors, ensuring that those who guide talent are also aligned with the values of the green economy.

AI‑Based Learning Tool: We are developing a training platform supported by Artificial Intelligence, designed to offer personalized, dynamic learning adapted to the individual needs of each user.
