The Vice-Rectorate for Infrastructures and Sustainability has designed four on‑demand courses titled “Strategies for incorporating sustainability into teaching in degree programmes in Arts and Humanities, Health Sciences, Experimental Sciences and Engineering, Social Sciences.”
These courses address the relevance of using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as structuring elements of the curriculum in degree programmes across different areas of knowledge. They align with the transdisciplinary sustainable competencies framework that the University of Valencia is implementing thanks to the Greenversity project, and in full harmony with the European GreenComp competency framework.
These are not generic courses; they provide strategies and concrete examples of good teaching practices to effectively integrate sustainability into subjects across different knowledge areas, enabling students to achieve learning outcomes and enrich their sustainable knowledge, competencies, and skills.
Due to the success of the first two editions, the Vice-Rectorate for Sustainability, Cooperation and Healthy Life presents the third edition of the four on‑demand courses titled “Strategies for incorporating sustainability into teaching in degree programmes.”
