The transformation of society in its habits and codes of conduct can only be achieved through the prevention or re-education of these habits and the punishment of conducts contrary to the law. The first aim can be achieved through reflection from the perspective of the Administration¿s social policies and through the media and work in the classroom, whereas the second aim can be achieved through criminal prosecution. The way in which these goals are achieved will lead to the transformation of these habits and to a new culture based on gender and the equality of men and women within affective relationships. This is the reason why we have joined together researchers from three very different disciplines, all of them selected by the legislator himself for social transformation in the values of equality and gender.

• Asesoramiento de Empresas en el diseño del sistema de formacion de sus trabajadores/as en materia de genero.
• Formacion de profesorado y centros educativos en materia de genero y violencia; en resolucion pacifica de conflictos.
• Proteccion de las mujeres victimas de violencia por el hecho de ser mujer.
• Analisis y evaluacion de la percepcion del fenomeno de la violencia de genero por la sociedad, especialmente, a traves de los medios de comunicacion.

• Investigar en torno al concepto de violencia de género de forma multidisciplinar. .We analyse and rule all the elements that converge within the concept of gender-based violence, beyond the literal wording of the Gender-Based Violence Act.
• Advice to companies on the design of the training system for their employees on gender issues.From the perspective of central and regional legislation, we advise on the development of plans aimed at avoiding any type of violence against women in the public and private settings.
• Training for teachers and educational centres in gender and violence; in peaceful conflict resolution.Training for primary and secondary school teachers in gender, equality and peaceful conflict resolution values between genders.
• Protection of women victims of violence just for being women.Protection of women victims of violence just for being women, both in Spain and in Europe, through the so-called European Protection Order (EPO).
• Analysis and evaluation of the perception of the gender-based violence phenomenon by society, especially through the media.Elaboration of regulation models on gender-based communication and violence.
• Online violence against women.Sexting and stalking are increasingly common online crimes committed against women, but very often in affective relationships by ex-partners.
• Violence against women and disability.Violence against disabled women within and outside the couple is even more difficult to detect and eradicate. To this end, we have a line of specialisation open in this area.
