GIUV2026-045
The research group focuses on peri-implant health in dental implants. The biological mechanisms involved in peri-implant bone loss are studied. Optimizing dental implant placement procedures. Clinical protocols are evaluated to improve long-term stability and outcomes. The use of transmucosal abutments and soft tissue response. New technologies in dental implantology: guided surgery, digital scanning and 3D impression.
- Analyze related factors of the marginal bone loss around dental implants
- Optimization of the drilling and placement protocols for dental implants.
- Application of transmucosal abutment and its influence on periimplant tissue
- New technologies in implantology: guided surgery, digital scanning and 3D impression.
- Bone loss.Biologic mechanisms related to short and long periimplant marginal bone loss. Prevention of the periimplantitis.
- Drilling and placement of dental implants.Analysis of the optimzed processes on drilling and placement of dental implants. Rising primary stability and osseointregration rate.
- Desing and application for transmucosal abutments.Analysis of the osseintegration and stability of the periimplants tissues regarding the desing and application of the transmucosal abutments.
