
Ana Bonmatí is the new director of the Principal Peset Hall of Residence of the University of Valencia. She replaces the historian Salvador Albiñana, whom Principal Esteban Morcillo has thanked his work in recent years, both in the management of the centre facilities and in the cultural and civic promotion of the centre.
Graduate in Philosophy by the University of Valencia in 1995, Ana Bonmatí obtained for three academic years the residence grant of the Lluís Vives Hall of Residence, which she combined with studies of Geography and History. In 1997 she got the Scholarship for the Training of Researcher Professor from the Ministry of Education attached to the project ‘Feminism, Enlightenment and Postmodernism’ at the Complutense University in Madrid. In her research she worked under the direction of Celia Amorós and Roger Chartier. Ahe has been collaborator with the project ‘Society and civic Values’ of the University of Alacant, in the years 2007-2008. She ended, in 2011, the Master’s Degree in Prevention and Psychological Intervention in Behavioural Problems at School.
She has worked since 1998 in the Principal Peset Hall of Residence, firstly as coordinator of Services, and since 2006 as Technician of Cultural Management.
