Coinciding with the beginning of the academic year, La Tenda de la Universitat (The Shop of the UV) opens its space with a renewed image. La Tenda, which is found within the Publications facilities of the UV (Artes Graficas, 13 Street), has been expanded and improved. Moreover, La Tenda has resumed this year the promotional campaign of their products: for every purchase over five euros, students are given a pen/pointer to write and browe the web with mobile devices (mobile phones and tablets).
This promotion is subjected to availability.
All products of La Tenda (books, manuals, stationary, textile...) can be purchased in the shops of the campuses Tarongers, Blasco Ibañez, and in the Cultural Centre La Nau.
Since 2002, La Tenda de la Universitat provides service to all university community, providing it with corporative and office material, and making a wide bookshop and fair trade products available to us. Managed by the General Foundation of the UV, La Tenda is a proposal created, thus, with the aim of providing service and with an advantageous range of products offer for teaching and students of the academic institution.
Special discounts
All this offer is provided to the university community with advantageous conditions which consist on discounts and comfortable and customised services. Among the advantages from which the users of the University can benefit: the 15% of discount in the products with brands of the university, the 5% of discount in all publications and special discounts in UV publications; the deferred payment for products invoiced in centres, services and departments of the institution; standard and “express” delivery of orders; and a customised service of products for conferences and events, and of sport and work uniforms.
