Universitat de València has received 5,769 registrations of students who are taking the university entrance exam at the UV’s three campuses. That means that this year there are 215 students more than in 2011, when we had 5,554.
This increase in registrations refers to the students registered in order to improve the marks of past years.
From the total students registered, 3,283 are women and 2,486 are men. Students from 137 secondary schools are taking the exam. Some of these centres also teach vocational cycles, and there are two centres which only teach these vocational courses.
The tests are scheduled for yesterday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 12th, 13th and 14th, from 9:30 to 19:15. The first exam was Spanish language and literature II.
Several buildings at the three campuses are hosting the exams: Aulari Interfacultatiu and the School of Engineering at Burjassot Campus, and Aulari Nord at Tarongers Campus. The secondary school in Ontinyent, IES Pou Clar, is hosting exams as well, acting as one of the examining boards under the Universitat de València.
Next June 22nd the qualifications are going to be published. The submission of complaints, which must be online, can be done on June 25th, 26th and 27th.
Pre-registration for the degrees is from June 14th to July 3rd. In case of UNED students, the deadline is July 12th. Publication of pre-registration list is scheduled for July 18th. Complaints can be submitted on July 19th, 20th and 23rd.
It is important to remember that the extraordinary official call for the university entrance exams is on September 11th, 12th and 13th.
