Which is the Vancian reality in ethical finance and what is being done in this area to provoke a social transformation will be some of the subjects that will be discussed on Thursday, 29 October at 9:30. These sessions will be held at the Centre Cultural La Nau on the occasion of the Red Enclau 15th anniversary.
The Asociación Enclau Red is a network of social organizations with the will and the commitment to promote ethical and responsible financing in the Valencian Community. In the Thursday session, ethical banking models will participate, including Ugo Biggeri, president of the Banca Popolare Etica and author of the book “El valor del dinero”, and Peru Sasia, member of the Administrative Board of the Banca Popolare Etica and president of the Fiare Foundation.
In the sessions will also participate most of the social organisations that nowadays are working in this area, including Triodos Bank, Caixa Popular, Fiare Banca Ética, Coop 57, etc.; as well as the civil society represented by the Valencian ONGD Coordinator or the Red de Economía Alternativa y Solidaria (REAS, Red de redes), among other entities.
