Universitat de València’s Jardí Botànic has opened registration for its summer workshops, which are going to take place on the last week of June and throughout July. This year’s workshops are about cooking, renewable energies, and summer cooking.
June’s workshop is about cooking, not only in order to learn to cook some food, but also to find out its nutrients, or which are the most important meals of the day, and how to eat healthy yet delicious food. In July, the workshops are about renewable energies – on the first fortnight –, and summer cooking – on the second.
