Researchers at the University of Valencia can now deposit their research articles in the repository RODERIC through the management program of research (GREC). This GREC's new functionality is being enabled progressively in the departments of the University, so that the researcher may attach information for each published article in a PDF file with the full text.
If intellectual property rights allow it, this archive will be stored and distributed in open access through RODERIC. The main advantages of this management is indexing by Google Scholar and other research engines, as well as obtaining data on the use the article in question has had, such as queries or downloads, and being able to export the file to other portals (ResearchGate RefWorks, etc.).
The distribution through RODERIC contributes significantly to increasing the visibility and impact of research produced in the University of Valencia.
