
The General Foundation of the University of Valencia, through the Observatory for Labour Market Insertion and Labour Market Advise (OPAL) and in collaboration with the SERVEF, managed from now until the day 13 August 2014, a Comprehensive Plan for Employment, co-funded by the European Social Fund to promote employment among university students under 30 years.
This Comprehensive Plan for Employment (with file no. EPIJVP/2013/45/46) is aimed at both businesses and graduate unemployed individuals under 30.
So, those companies who hire participants in the Comprehensive Employment Plan will benefit from free services such as a bag of qualified applicants that meet their needs, advice on the definition of the most appropriate to the needs of the business professional profile, service recruitment and pre-selection of the most suitable for the job applicant company; tracking incorporating the candidate for work and search for new candidates if needed, and advice on the different existing contractual arrangements and their characteristics.
Furthermore, in order to increase their employability, OPAL will provide free of charge to members of the Comprehensive Employment Plan personalized career guidance and monitoring itinerary employability, a selection of suitable professional profile work, and the possibility of participate in specific training programmes on skills for employment.
