After the publication of a study announcing the possible extinction of a part of humanity in 2100, Cyril Dion and Mélanie Laurent and a 4-people team visit ten different countries to do a research on the causes of the catastrophe and, especially, on how to prevent it from happening. During the trip, they meet pioneering people that reinvent agriculture, energy, economy, democracy and education. Once the job is finished, they start to think about the possible emergence of a new world: the world of tomorrow.
