In a city in Northern Norway, the economic expansion of a very lucrative spa is threatened by the discovery made by Dr. Stockmann, medical director of the spa and brother of the town’s mayor: the waters of the spa flow from a contaminated sewer and are a focus of diseases.
A fierce, disturbing and surprisingly topical text. It is a work of suspense that poses two confronted questions to the audience: the ideal of justice and the ideal of truth, on the one hand, and human cowardice on the other. A terrible confrontation in which Dr. Stockmann and his family will not stop fighting.
Bring your student ID and ask for the coupons at the Independent Language Learning Centres (Burjassot: library building, Tarongers: Aulari Nord, Blasco Ibáñez: Aulari V), which you can exchange for tickets at the theatre one hour before the show.
