Thursday 2 March a breakfast-gathering about the professionalization of familiar businesses will take place. The following aspects will be discussed: What the professionalization of familiar businesses is really all about? Which models of professionalization exist? How can the procedure be approached? Which are the main challenges?
Representatives (familiar and not familiar) of direction bodies of two familiar businesses with a long trajectory (Grupo AZA and Pinturas Isaval) will talk about their cases and share with the assistants what they have learnt through the professionalization procedure of their businesses.
