
Course registration: Culinary herbs.
A course to learn about using herbs, fresh and cooked by Jaume Soler, a passionate botanist of dissemination and agriculture.
After that a theoretical introduction to the Valencian flora, the ethnobotany and the scientific nomenclature of the plants, we need to learn to cook herbs depending on the season. We will consult on the bibliography for each species and reproduce the recipe without taking apart our imagination.
