Manuel Costa in Quart de Poblet with "Los cinco mediterráneos del mundo"
4th lecture of the Universitat dels Majors in Quart de Poblet, on 20 February, at 19:00, at the local Cultural Centre. Open to the general public.
The Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation has organised a lecture in February as part of the Universitat dels Majors de Quart de Poblet.
This series of lectures is intended to complement the training offered by the Universitat dels Majors, the first edition of which was held in October. The lecture, Los cinco mediterráneos del mundo (The five Mediterranean in the world) will be run by Manuel Talens Costa, professor of Botany at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
This university programme arises from the commitment of the Municipal Council of Quart de Poblet, with the support of the University of Valencia, to lifelong learning and active ageing. It is aimed at people aged 50 or over who live in Quart de Poblet and in the region of l’Horta Oest who are interested in culture and learning.
