Given the current Spanish financial climate after the approval of the "Law of Reestructuration and solution of banking institutions", and the Plan of Recapitalisation of the Spanish financial sector, many Spanish investors and small savers are going to see their investments in hybrid capital products considerably cut, as preferred shares and subordinated debt.
These small investors acquired these financial products without even knowing the risk they were taking, in many cases deceived by their financial institutions. The objective of this talk is to inform these small investors of the climate they are facing, their rights and the posibilities of recovering their investments.
