Conference presentation: Challenge-Collaboration Call 2017.
On next Thursday, 26 October at 10 a.m., the Information Day will be held for the preparation of proposals in collaborative R & D calls, taking advantage of the Collaboration Challenge Call 2017 of the MINECO and other calls in collaboration with companies, such as the calls organized by the Center for the Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) or the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE).
In it, useful recommendations will be given regarding the participation in these R & D calls in cooperation with companies, attended by technicians of the Research and Innovation Service of the UV.
The Day will be developed in three parts:
A) A first informative part, on general aspects of a practical nature, such as:
- Presentation of applications and conditions of participation (as a beneficiary entity or as a subcontracted entity).
- Help in preparing the budget. Calculation of the cost of own staff.
- Aspects to consider in the writing of the memory. Evaluation criteria.
- Support in the search for associates.
- Regulation of collaboration with the company through agreement or contract. How to negotiate industrial and intellectual property rights derived from the project.
B) A second part of experiences, where UV researchers will present their experience of participating in this type of call with companies, which have been the positive aspects and what obstacles have to be considered when carrying out projects in consortium.
C) A third part of advice and resolution of personalized doubts for those researchers who are preparing project proposals in any of these calls, those who are interested and still have no partner in the project and those who are negotiating a contract art. 83 to evaluate the possibility of financing through these calls.
Addressees: UV research staff interested in submitting proposals for R & D projects in collaboration with companies, who are preparing proposals for projects in public tenders or for those interested in participating and who do not yet have a partner in the project
