Toxic heavy metals in work and environment.
Round table. This proposal gives continuity to a line of work that we started five years ago and that has given rise to several cycles of seminars on environmental history (the cycles of toxic atmospheres, of artificial catastrophes, etc.); the spring school Living in a Toxic World (2015); and a good number of publications and participations in congresses. The proposal deals with an area of clear growth within environmental historiography and international science; an area that, in addition, has recently aroused great interest among a considerable group of researchers / of the SCHCT- an example is the recent coordinated research project "Toxic Spain" developed between the universities of Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante over the years 2016-2019.
