Adaptation of a novel by Alexei Tolstoi, distant relative of León Tolstoi. Aelita, the Queen of Mars, fed up of living under her despotic father, she calls for help to the Earth. After decoding the message, the engineer of the Radio Station of Moscow, and the revolutionary Gusev, travel to Mars in the ship they have built. The two of them help Aelita to overthrow the tyrant , but , later, she also set a totalitarian regime
