Martínez Guerricabeitia Hall is on the first floor of La Nau Cultural Centre. With a 304,31 m2 exhibition area, it has a CCTV camera and infrared access control. It has fire detection equipment based on digital smoke detectors and a smart HVOC system that controls temperature and moisture. Both general and section lights can be regulated. Apart from CCTV cameras, this room is surveyed by guards during its opening hours.
