When new equipment is purchased, the seller is required to remove the old one. This does not involve any additional cost and is the most comfortable and quick way.

Within this system the company will only collect electronic and electrical devices, and not furniture or other elements.
When disposing printers and photocopiers, remember to remove ink and toner cartridges and recycle them through our ink cartridges collect system.
This collection system entails moving a pickup truck to the location, so in case of requests for a few devices, they will be processed depending on the logistics and the rest of the requests. Appliances must be stored in a single location.
The external company will accumulate mails until enough appliances are gathered, at which time a removal will be organized and announced.
As a reference, the average waiting time until the next collection is between 1 and 2 weeks although it can be up to 4 weeks depending on the devices to be collected and the logistics. If while waiting additional appliances are gathered, update your request. This service has no cost and the collection is done at the location indicated in the application.
Recall that appliances must be withdrawn in the inventory of the UV previously, under the Budget and Accounting Service.
