Aitana Torró i Calabuig, researcher at the Human Rights Institute and student in the course 22-23 of the Legal Clinic for Social Justice of the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia is participating before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights defending the amicus curiae submitted by the Clinic in the request for an advisory opinion requested by the Republic of Chile and the Republic of Colombia on “Climate Emergency and Human Rights”.
