The Faculty of Law at the University of Valencia, in partnership with the Istanbul 2nd Bar Association, the Turkey Law Platform and Istanbul University, is organising the international conference and workshop, 'Justice for Palestine: Perspectives from International Criminal and Human Rights Law”, which will take place at our faculty on 10–11 December 2025. The event will bring together leading scholars, practitioners and stakeholders to focus on the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) investigation into Palestine. It will address the investigation's current status, achievements and limitations, as well as the future of international justice.
