Dr Carlos Antón Esteban, Head of the Food Risk Management Service of the Generalitat Valenciana's Subdirectorate General for Food Safety, Public Health Laboratories and Environmental Health, gave a presentation on 'The organisation of official controls and food control programmes in the Valencian Community'.
The subject was of great interest to the students as it provided information on the organisation of our regional government in terms of food risk control and management.
This master class, which was scheduled for 29 October, could not take place due to the weather phenomenon that occurred in Valencia, so it will be held online on 19 November.
