The Erasmus Summer School in Physics (E3F)

Looking up, looking down

will be held from 7 to 11 September 2026 at the Faculty of Physics of the Universitat de València.

The School is aimed at undergraduate students of Physics and other STEM degrees. Throughout the five days, the School will offer lectures, round tables, and various leisure and educational activities in an inclusive and participatory environment. In the present edition, the School's programme will include invited lectures in the fields of Astronomy and Astrophysics, and Earth Physics and Thermodynamics, as well as contributions in other topics of Physics or related to it, by young researchers, students from the Faculty and guest lecturers. There will also be time for participants to present their own contributions.

As an Erasmus school, the E3F also aims to open up to the European sphere and this year will be attended by physics teachers and students from the universities of Jyväskylä (Finland), Johannes Gutenberg (Mainz, Germany), Palermo (Italy) and Latvia (Riga, Latvia). Lectures will be given in English.

Undergraduate students of the Universitat de València and the European partner universities who participate in the School will be able to obtain 3 ECTS.
