The School will be held in the Salón de Actos Lise Meitner, on the Ground Floor of Block C of the Facultat de Física:

Registration for participants will be available in the entrance hall of the Salón de Actos Lise Meitner on Monday 7 from 8.30 am.

Posters and talks by participants:
If you requested it on the registration form, we invite you to submit a poster or oral contribution (in English). They do not need to be based on original research and can address any area of Physics or related disciplines. The deadline for submission of titles and abstracts (in English; 150 words maximum) is 15 July.
Posters should be in A1 format (60 cm x 84 cm) or similar. Authors should bring the poster printed and ready to be displayed at the beginning of the School. The poster should have a clear title, followed by the author's name and institution. It should clearly present the motivation and objectives of the work, the methods used, the main results, and the conclusions. Please include a short list of references and use figures or diagrams whenever possible, keeping the text concise and easy to follow.
The talks will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes, including about 3 minutes for questions.
There will be a prize and a diploma for the best poster and for the best oral contribution. In addition, if you are applying for the 3 ECTS, the presentation of your poster or oral contribution will contribute to the partial fulfilment of the requirements for the 3 ECTS.
Recognition of ECTS credits:
Undergraduate students from participating universities (València, Jyväskylä, Mainz, Palermo, Latvia, Burgundy and Sibiu), as well as from any other Erasmus+ university, will be eligible for 3 ECTS credits by fulfilling the following evaluation criteria:
Option 1:
For those presenting a poster or an oral contribution:
- Minimum attendance of 80% of the hours.
- Oral presentation (15 minutes) or preparation of a poster with discussion in the poster session.
Option 2:
For those who do not present a poster or an oral contribution:
- Minimum attendance of 80% of the hours.
- Team preparation* of a presentation on one or two of the School's conferences, to be prepared remotely during the two weeks following the face-to-face part of the course.
*Teams will be made up of two or three students from different universities
