Spanish Regional Administration and Federalism: a Valencian Perspective.
Session dedicated to the possibilities and limits, at federal level, of the territorial model of power-sharing between States and Autonomous Communities established by the Spanish Constitution of 1978 after the Decision of the Constitutional Court on the Catalan Statute of 2006, STC 31/2010. The session will be focused on how the federal model and its future development may affect the Valencian Community and its government.
