We are pleased to invite students, faculty members, researchers, and professionals to the inaugural conference of the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (EMJM WOP-P) for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The conference entiteled "Occupational Health and Temporal Incapacity Management: Setting the Ground for Sustainable Organizations and Societies" will be delivered by Dr. Marija Davcheva (UMIVALE activa) on:

The conference will provide an overview of occupational health and temporal incapacity management as key challenges currently facing organizations and societies. It will explore the importance of adopting an evidence-based approach in applied psychology, drawing on the scientist–practitioner perspective and Dr. Marija’s experience at Umivale Activa, a mutual health insurance company.
The conference will also present recent research on temporary incapacity in Spain, offering insights into its implications for workers, organizations, and society, and highlighting the role that occupational psychology can play in promoting healthier, more sustainable organizations.
