On Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 July, the 15th Scientific Conference on Research in Human Resources Psychology was held at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Valencia, in memory of José Cañero Rojano. This conference, organised by the University of Valencia, the University of Seville and the IDOCAL Institute, sought to strengthen research on the psychosocial aspects of human resources in organisations.
Different trends and topics that contribute to the progress of society were analysed. Some of these topics included the influence of robotisation and digitalisation on work, the promotion of sustainable well-being in organisations, and conflict resolution, inclusion and diversity processes in third sector organisations. The participation of young and senior researchers from different lines of research in this field, both from the University of Valencia and the University of Seville, allowed for discussion and reflection on the challenges currently facing our discipline.
In addition, Geertje Dam, co-founder of TAEM.io, participated and gave the opening lecture.
