The period for submitting applications will be from 10 to 31 May.

Ideas can be submitted through the VLC-BIOMED website until the 15th and from today. (MODIFIED ON 24 MAY 2022)

The Preparatory Actions sub-programme aims to generate synergies and establish collaborations between the research staff and professionals of both entities, leading to lines of research with great scientific-technical potential. The aim is to direct R&D&I activity towards innovative projects that can attract public and/or private investment for their execution, in order to ensure that the innovations resulting from translational research benefit patients.

The purpose of the Innovation Projects sub-programme is to grant aid for the implementation of joint health innovation projects between the research staff and professionals of both entities, based on previous proven results of the research team, with a clear innovative and knowledge transfer orientation, co-directed by the research staff and professionals of the HUP/IIS La Fe and the UV, in which multidisciplinary collaboration is required between researchers with a biomedical profile and researchers in the field of basic and experimental sciences, life sciences, and social or engineering sciences.

The projects must be oriented towards the application of scientific and technical knowledge already acquired to the improvement of prevention, the generation of new products or methodologies for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, management activities and organisation of health services, etc.
