The costs of UV own staff can be claimed in European projects by means of the calculation of the hourly rate or daily rate of such staff. These data are needed to calculate the budget or to justify the expenditure throughout the development of the project. To this end, we need to access UV Payroll Application in order to know the researcher’s salary and Social charges. Such an access is authorised by the researcher via this document, which must be filled in, signed and submitted to the International R&D and Innovation Section.

The purpose of this document is to store the project proposal in the Transfer and Innovation Service databases. This applies only to those calls for proposals not managed on the European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal.

With regard to European projects, two types of personnel costs can be claimed: On the one hand, the project hired staff (charged to the project specific ID code). On the other, UV own staff. The project IP must fill in and submit the application form below stating the project team members, with a view to ascertaining which members of UV own staff participate in the project. This form must be submitted at the start of the project and again every time the team composition changes.

Procedures: personnel costs claim; justification of expenses and audits (travel expenses claims, conference registration fees, etc.); certificates of participation for evaluation or accreditation procedures.
