Description of research activity:

The research focuses on the legal perspective of life sciences. The group brings together researchers from various legal disciplines who address the challenges posed by biology, medicine and genetics from legal approaches, making proposals for legislative policy and analysis of complex assumptions arising as a result of the challenges generated by the scientific development of life sciences.

To develop an interdisciplinary legal investigation into scientific advances that affect the beginning and end of life
To develop an interdisciplinary legal investigation on the impact of scientific-genetic advances on the Law
To develop an interdisciplinary legal investigation into human rights that may be affected by scientific development

Assisted reproduction.Legal analysis of the rights involved in the field of assisted reproduction.
Euthanasia.Legal analysis of the regulation on the end of life and dignified death.
