The research activity of the CIRUBUCA research group focuses on innovation, development and scientific analysis of: Implants in buttresses and rehabilitation of patients with large maxillary atrophies. Zygomatic, palatalised, frontomaxillary and pterygoid implants. Direct and indirect sinus floor elevation. Bone grafts in maxillary sinus floor elevation. Bone grafting in atrophic maxillae and placement of membranes. Implant maintenance and peri-implantitis.
