Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:
- For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet them.
- Preference will be given to requests from applicants who have not taken courses with similar characteristics in the last three years.
- Likewise, preference will be given to those who have not participated in any training courses in the last three years.
- In the event of a tie between applicants when applying the above criteria, strict adherence to the order of submission of the applications (date and time of submission) will be required.

Creativity and lateral thinking Braining techniques, such as brainswarming, scamper or 365 Analogy techniques, such as treasure, tattoo, forced connections or bionics. Decomposition techniques, such as 6 thinking huts or sustainability pyramid. Collaborative workshops and reflection groups.
