Academic, scientific or professional interest: The training of those involved in the definition and development of education policies and in the various levels of management of educational institutions requires a training that enables, in turn, the appropriate qualification and professionalization, to influence the improvement of its quality. It is clear the existent social, political and technical demand for the managers of the education systems, in addition of some leadership of their environment, to have knowledge, skills and techniques aimed to respond to the situations and challenges that those functions require.
