The University of Valencia (UV) is taking part in the first European Doctoral Day, an initiative that will henceforth be held every year on 13 May. The main aim is to highlight the role of doctoral students as drivers of scientific excellence, innovation and social progress, both within and outside the academic sphere.

Sixth edition of the #HiloTesis competition to promote the communication skills of future researchers
CRUE Spanish Universities, in collaboration with the Network for Scientific Dissemination and Culture (RedDivulga) of the CRUE R&D&I sector and the Ignacio **Larramendi Foundation, is organising the sixth edition of the ‘#HiloTesis: your doctoral thesis on social media’ competition to promote scientific dissemination and the development of communication skills among future researchers.

Closure of the Doctoral School during the Easter holidays
The Doctoral School will be closed from 3 April until 13 April inclusive. During this period, we will be unable to respond to enquiries sent via ticketing system, email or telephone. All enquiries will be dealt with from 14 April onwards in the order in which they are received.
