Language Accreditation
The University of Valencia is the examination center of the following languages:
Spanish: the University of Valencia examines the Diplomas in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. There are three levels for this diploma: Preliminary, Advanced and Proficiency.
Italian: As a result of the agreement between the Centre for Evaluation and Language Certification, of the University for Foreigners of Perugia, the University of Valencia is the examination center of the Official Certificates of the Italian Language (CELI). Every year, the University offers two examination sessions of the five levels of Official Certification of Italian.
Valencian: The Language Policy Service conducts the examinations and issues the certificates of Valencian language skills.
Chinese: The Confucius Institute is an official center for teaching Chinese language and the spreading of its culture. The University of Valencia, besides offering education, issues the official certificates of Chinese language skills.
