1. Place and time for the enrolment

The enrolment will be take place if you have been admitted in the pre-enrolment process.

In order to improve the organisations of the enrolment process, those admitted students have been appointed a specific day and time, ordered according to the qualifications obtained by each admission fee. You can check your appointment date through the web page of the University.

You must attend the day and time appointed to the place set up by the centre in where you have obtained the place. You will find further information in the section corresponding to your centre.

2. How can I get enroled?

The enrolment has to be formalised in the appointed place, day and time, through a computer application that enables students to carry out all the administrative procedures to formalise the enrolment for this academic year.

Before attending to the appointment, you must check the timetables of the subjects in the web page of the centre so as to plan ahead your preference. Moreover, taking into account that groups have a limited capacity you you might be left out in any subject, so you should have a planned alternative.

Once you finish the enrolment process, you will obtain an user name and a password for you to accede the services of the University, the Student’s Portal and your e-mail. You will be communicated your registration details and further notifications through the e-mail.

Afterwards, you will be able to made changes from the Student’s Portal within the set deadline.

You have the possibility of a part-time enrolment, by requesting it the same day of the enrolment and for duly justified reasons (art. 11 of the Enrolment Regulation of the University). In this case, you will only be allowed to register between 24 and 36 credits, and in some cases you will have to stick to the pathway proposed by the centre. During the first days of September you will be sent from the Centre the Resolution of acceptance or denial of this enrolment.

3. Documentation to be attached.

In the day of the enrolment you must bring the following documentation.

  • ID, ACRI-CARD or passport (original document and a copy)
  • The photos will be taken in the centre in the moment of the enrolment, but you will need to attach it if you make the enrolment online.
  • Bank debit order of the payment of the duly completed enrolment.
  • Supporting documentation of the academic status for the access (original and copy)
    • PAU: PAU certifications and Bachiller certification and deposit thereof.
    • CFGS: specialist Technician qualification or deposit thereof and official certification of marks
    • Foreign students: credential for the access issued by the UNED and PAU qualifications (EU students) or recognition of bachillerato and PAU qualification (students who do not belong to the EU).
    • University degree holders: degree qualification or deposit thereof.
    • Over 25, 40 and 45: certificate of the passing of the entry exam.
    • Universities outside the Valencian Community: proof of payment of the right to transfer
  • If applicable, supporting documentation of the special access situations:
    • Recognition of the degree of disability (only for students outside the Valencian Community)
    • Photocopy of the Official Bulletin of publication of the status of elite or high-ranking athlete.
  • If applicable, supporting documentation of the right to students fee exemption (original and copy)
    • Proof of large family status: certification in force
    • Proof of terrorism victims status
    • People with disability: only for students outside the Valencian Community
    • Outstanding marks in second year of Bachillerato or with a extraordinary prize in Bachillerato: certificate of the Secondary School

4. Enrolment fee

The enrolment fee is calculated according to the number of credits that students are enrolled in and their price. The amount of the public fees are regulated every year with a decree of the Valencian Government which is published in the DOCV for the corresponding academic year.

The concepts you pay in the enrolment are:

  • Academic record opening
  • Official academic transcript, if you accede through university entry exams carried out in the Valencian Community. If you have overcome in another autonomous community, you will have to pay it in the university of origin.
  • Compulsory academic insurance for students under 28
  • University card

5. Fee payment

The enrolment is paid through direct debiting in any bank located in Spain. Remember to take your bank details in the moment to carry out enrolment. There are three methods of payment:

  1. Direct debiting in an only payment.
  2. Direct debiting in two payments.
  3. Fractioned payment in eight monthly payments: in this payment type the UV assumes the expenses generated for this fractiponing. 

In case you have been denied a grant,   the cost of the fee will be made effective through a charge in the account number indicated in only one payment.

You should take into account the due limits that will be published to avoid the cancelling of the enrolment due to non-payment.
