Why was this mailbox created?
The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox (SC&C) was created as a result of the implementation of line 99, paragraph 2, of the PEUV 2008-2011 (Strategic Plan of the University of Valencia), with the aim of establishing a channel of communication with the university community and other groups of interest in order to know their suggestions, complaints and compliments regarding our university. This will allow us to identify opportunities to improve the degree of satisfaction of the users with the services offered by our institution.
The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox applies to all the organisational units of the UV. Users can send their suggestions, complaints or compliments about the equipment, services or activities.
