Strengthen the linguistic and intercultural competences of all members of the Universitat. We will increase and coordinate the offer of programmes and grants, as well as courses and language level tests at the Language and Linguistic Policy Service and at the Language Centre of the Universitat de València. To promote competence in Valencian and foreign languages, intercultural competences and good practices, we will promote a multilingual training plan for PAS and PDI, recognising participation in language courses, obtaining certificates and, where appropriate, teaching in Valencian and foreign languages in the development of their careers.

Expand the offer of degrees, itineraries and subjects in English and other foreign languages. We must consolidate and extend the offer of the Research, Internationalization and Teaching in English Plan (PRIDA) and extend it to other languages. Similarly, we must develop a Multilingualism Plan for undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees with realistic but ambitious objectives to ensure an increase in the academic offer in foreign languages. This increase must in no case imply a break in the linguistic balance between Spanish and Valencian determined by the Plan to increase teaching in Valencian.
