Continue to promote the mobility of students, administrative and service staff, research staff in training and teaching and research staff. With the great experience accumulated, we will try to maintain the leading positions in student mobility and we will promote the mobility of the PAS, PIF and PDI, recognising the participation in international programmes in the development of the career of the Universitat staff. The participation in these programmes of people with disabilities and the most disadvantaged groups will be encouraged. With the aim of greater sustainability and accessibility for everyone, mixed mobility, combining face-to-face and virtual mobility, and short stays will be considered.
Develop new mobility modalities in order to integrate new learning processes. In addition to international double and joint degrees at Degree, Master and Doctorate level, new possibilities are opened up to complement studies with stays abroad for micro-credentials, open badges, blended intensive programmes (BIPs), summer courses, etc.
Modernise the management of mobility in the centres and services of the Universitat. The new Erasmus Plus programme urges us to advance in the Erasmus without Papers (EWP) and Erasmus Student Cards (ESC) initiatives to provide quality standards and mutual recognition through digital platforms.
Deepen the integration of the University of Valencia in the FORTHEM European University and other international networks. In the next four years the FORTHEM alliance will increase its number of partners (nine universities from nine different countries) and its budget. It will be an ideal opportunity to harmonise management processes, create a truly European Campus, share best practices, establish new international and interdisciplinary research groups, launch a joint digital academy and apply for new joint research, innovation or transfer projects. Links will be maintained and strengthened with the other international networks to which we belong, such as the European Universities Association (EUA), the Alliance of Russian-Spanish Universities (AURE), the European Association for International Education (EAIE), the Asociación Universitaria Iberoamericana de Postgrado (AUIP), the Real Colegio Complutense de Harvard (RCCH), the Utrecht Network, the Compostela Group, etc.
Strengthen the presence of the University in the main international forums. The pandemic has caused most international fairs to be suspended or moved to online format over the last two years. They are now being taken up again and are the ideal place to establish contacts that will make new agreements possible and to get closer to the University's current international partners. We will make it possible for the University of Valencia to be represented at the main international higher education fairs, together with other Valencian or state universities or institutions whenever possible, such as the Study in Spain delegations, organised by the SEPIE, or the EAIE organised by the European Association for International Education.
