66Continue carrying out diagnoses on gender equality at the Universitat de València. Only on the basis of objective data is it possible to know to what extent equality between women and men is really and effectively fulfilled within our institution. The diagnosis will allow us to identify the challenges for the future.
 

67Draw up the University's IV Equality Plan. This document is a major tool for systematising equality policies. We want it to be a reflection of the will of the entire university community, which is why it will be the result of a participatory process that will enable the voices of all to be heard.
 

68Foster equality policies for staff and institutional equality policies. Our policies must be oriented towards guaranteeing access and academic and professional careers under real conditions of equality. We are committed to positive actions that guarantee the institutional co-responsibility of women and men, as well as measures to eradicate gender-based violence and sexual, gender-based and other discriminatory harassment at the Universitat. Guaranteeing parity in university bodies and promoting female leadership strengthens our institution as a social benchmark of excellence.
 

69Foster teaching and research with a gender perspective. Promote training in coeducation in teaching degrees and in the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teaching, but also introduce the gender perspective in the different official undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies, making it transversal to all university activities in order to put an end to gender blindness. Likewise, to continue developing strategies for the training of the university community in gender equality, promoting good practices. Likewise, to promote research and innovation in the field of equality, offering training to incorporate gender analysis and promoting women's leadership in research projects and groups.
