The publication of administrative acts, regulations, agreements, provisions, communications or any document published on the board containing personal data must comply with the Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th, its development regulations and the protocol of good UV practices related to the publication of personal data.
The proportionality principle will be particularly considered so that data treatment can be maximally minimised to the strictly indispensable ones.
When necessary, the publication may include programming preventing indexation in search engines in order to protect the rights of affected individuals.
