To be posted on the official noticeboard:

a) Administrative acts integral to selective or competitive procedures. The norms or calls regulating administrative procedures aimed to be posted have to expressly indicate their publication on the official noticeboard and the invalidity of publications on different places.

b) Acts whose recipient is an undetermined plurality of people or when the Universitat de València deems a notification made to a single interested individual to be insufficient to notify all of them.

c) Administrative acts to be published based on their regulatory norms.

d) Any official information of general interest.

The web pages of the Universitat de València will not be considered for the inclusion of the official noticeboard. Publications regarding regulatory provisions and administrative acts on web pages outside the official noticeboard will have no legal effect.

The regulations of the Universitat de València published on the corresponding section of the official noticeboard will be the only ones considered official.
